For more than 10 years, the Dr. Phillips Rotary Club has joined with members of the Dr. Phillips High School Interact club to help ring bells at southwest Orlando grocery stores during the holidays in support of the Salvation Army Kettle Drive. The event takes place on a Saturday in December each year. Funds collected from generous donations to the red kettles enable the Salvation Army to continue its year-round efforts to help those who would otherwise be forgotten.
